Standard Machine, Inc. was founded in Cleveland in 1969 with one machine and one man in a 2,000 sq. ft. building.
From these humble beginnings and with our consistent performance in QUALITY MACHINING, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, ON-TIME DELIVERY, LOYAL EMPLOYEES, and INVESTMENT IN TECHNOLOGY we have been rewarded with continual growth.
Today, our present location is equipped with 30,000 sq. ft. of high bay heavy lifting capacity, operating 24 hours a day, using state-of-the-art machinery to meet your delivery requirements.
Our primary expertise is Milling, Drilling, and Boring Large to Medium size precision machined parts. We operate both Manual and CNC Horizontal Boring Mills along with an Ingersoll Planer Mill and Vertical Boring. Our largest CNC work envelope is 90″ x 180″. Our CNC turning capacity is 90″ diameter x 60″. All of our CNC Mills are equipped with automatic tool changers and thru spindle coolant. Our largest Manual Mill has a 120″ x 240″ envelope, and our Planer Mill has a 90″ x 315″ envelope.
