 Standard Machine Inc. has been performing Precision Machining since 1969. We provide prototype and production: MILLING, BORING, DRILLING, TAPING, and GRINDING on customer supplied materials or we can supply complete. We machine ferrous and non-ferrous WELDMENTS, CASTINGS, FORGINGS, and PLATES. We utilize a fine array of late model CNC, and Manual machines to produce PRECISION MACHINED PARTS.
Our CNC’s are all late model state of the art machines. Our line of Toshiba Horizontal Boring Mills were all purchased (NEW) starting in 1997 thru 2006 and are re-calibrated, re-aligned, and certified annually. This investment enables us to provide consistent high speed PRECISION MACHINING to meet the COST and QUALITY that our customers demand.  Each job that we receive is first entered into our JOB BOSS system where it is scheduled to a specific workstation. Then a job package is produced containing a detailed process routing, and an in process inspection report. Each part produced at our plant is inspected during it’s processing at the work station,
and after completion by our inspection department. This process is followed to insure 100% QUALITY shipments to every customer. Our Quality System meets the requirements of our diverse customer base.
